Oncsi – Merengő

“I dreamt of light in unexpected darkness”, is the opening line of Oncsi’s latest and perhaps most profound song, entitled “Merengő” and the latest production of Bird Music Records.

Despite her young age she invites us, very wisely, on a touching spiritual journey that puts us face to face with our struggles, ups and downs, depths and heights. The only certainty in life is the lack of certainty, and precisely this melancholically constancy dominates the song.

The music video and the imagery of the song illustrates perfectly the almost continuous struggle of man. The continuous effort of keeping our heads above the water.
